Our programs
At 1 Step Up Mentoring, we offer a range of specialized programs designed to support every stage of your journey, from early adolescence through young adulthood. Our holistic approach ensures personalized guidance for college readiness, career exploration, and personal development, tailored for ages 12-21.
Youth mentoring
Our program for ages 12-15 focuses on foundational guidance, personal growth, and developing crucial life skills. We build confidence and inspire early exploration of interests.
College readiness
For ages 16-18, this program offers comprehensive support for college applications, test preparation, scholarship guidance, and insights into various academic pathways.
Career pathways
Aimed at ages 19-21, we provide guidance on navigating the job market, developing professional skills, resume building, interview techniques, and internship opportunities.
Success strategies
This program focuses on holistic development, teaching effective strategies for academic excellence, leadership, financial literacy, and long-term goal setting for sustained success.
